
GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas - Six people are dead and three wounded after a gunman opened fire at a skating rink in Grand Prairie. Police say the shooting happened around 7 p.m. at the Forum Roller World in the 1900 block of South Great Southwest Parkway.
Investigator says a private party was being held at the rink when an fight broke out and the gunman opened fire on the crowd. Six people were shot and killed. Two others were wounded and taken to area hospitals.
Police say the gunman was shot in the head but survived. His condition is unknown at this time.
Sources tell FOX 4 the gunman shot himself. It's not clear what his connection is to the family. Police say the fight stemmed from a domestic argument.
The names and ages of the victims have not been released.
