Evanston police say a 22-year-old Chicago man lied about his age and impregnated a 14-year-old girl.
Antonio Oliveros Jr. was arrested on July 20 at his home in the 2000 block of Touhy Avenue, according to police. He has been charged with felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving the Evanston girl.
Police allege Oliveros Jr. engaged in sexual relations with the girl starting in September of 2010 through spring of 2011. During that time, he told the girl he was 17 years old and had a penis the size of a 10 year old, police said.
The girl eventually became pregnant, and her parents came to Evanston police in June to report the relationship, police said. When police learned Oliveros’ true age, they arrested him at his home, investigators said.
Oliveros is scheduled to appear in court on August 8 in Skokie.
