THE MOM of the brother and sister team who allegedly robbed a bank and shot up a police car has begged them to "give themselves up."
Barbara Bell has urged her son, 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty his brother Stanley Dylan Dougherty, 26, and daughter 29-year-old Grace Lee E. Dougherty to "turn themselves in."
Armed with at least one AK47, the terrible trio dubbed "the deadly Dougherty's" are accused of walking into a bank in Valdosta, GA, firing shots into the ceiling and demanding cash.   
Then one of them grabbed an undisclosed amount of money and they escape in a white Subaru Imprezza. 
Earlier in the day a police officer in Florida tried to pull the group over for speeding, but rather than pull over they had fired at least 20 shots at the terrified officer.
Thankfully the officer was not injured, although his car was disabled, meaning they were able to get away, but one of the group then texted Bell telling her: "we all have to die."
Sheriff Chris Nocco of Pasco County, Fla told FOX 13 fears the group are on a "violent mission."

BROTHER KILLER CRISTIAN FERNANDEZ, 12, IN COURT

THE 12-YEAR-OLD boy charged as an adult with brutally beating his brother to death has appeared in court for the first time. 
Cristian Fernandez was home alone when toddler David Galarrigo was hurt and he initially told his mom Biannela Susanna that his brother had fallen out of a bunk bed.
But cops later established during interviews that he "acted with premeditation" smashing his helpless brother so badly that he fractured his skull causing a bleeding brain and bruising to his left eye.
His mom has also been charged in relation to the crime because although her tot was unconscious on her return, instead of calling an ambulance, she just cleaned him up, changed his clothes and put ice on his head.
Then according to WETV she just got on the computer to research concussions.
 Prosecutors asked during the hearing that visitation between Fernandez and his mother be limited so the two would not be able to collaborate on a story before their trials.
The two reportedly haven't seen each other since their arrests.
Judge Mallory Cooper made no ruling on that request or on a pending defense motion to lift a gag order on the lawyers in the case.
Another pretrial hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1.

CRAZED DAD EVERETT E. CONANT III BUTCHERS FAMILY

THEY didn't stand a chance. In a deadly five minute rage Everett E. Conant III wiped out his family, killing his three sons and his brother and injuring his wife. It's unclear what sparked the spree, but cops arriving on the scene found  neighbor Jessica Kornder, tending to Suzette Conant when they arrived.
Konder told the Wyoming Tribune Eagle: "She kept screaming that her babies were dead and that her husband shot her. She was trying to pass out on me, and I told her she had to stay with me," she said. "I just tried to calm her down as much as I could."
Kornder said Suzette was shot through her left bicep and left foot.
After a ten minute stand off Conant III gave himself up and cops  entered the Wheatland, WY, mobile home to find he had shot and killed his brother, Nacuma R. Conant, 33, and his three sons -- Everett IV (known as EJ), Charles and
Joseph.
They were unclear as to how many bullets had been fired, but said it was a lot.
Connant III  was charged on Friday with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery and possession of a deadly weapon with unlawful intentions.
"It's just a very tragic thing," said Jean Dixon, the mayor of the small town.
"It's hard to comment on something that just never occurs around here."

KILLER, 11, PAYS RESPECTS TO BROTHER ANDREW FRYE

THE 11-year-old boy accused of killing his younger stepbrother Andrew Frye was allowed to pay his respects at a private session before the funeral service for friends and family.
Allowed 15, minutes, he saw his 6-year-old sibling, before being whisked back to the juvenile detention centre.
Cops found the Skye on a bed in the family's Martinsville, IN home, with a gaping shotgun wound in his head, after the 11-year-old reported it in a 911 call.
He died a few hours later after being airlifted to hospital.  
Cops initially thought it was an accident but Morgan County prosecutor Steve Sonnega says the evidence led them to believe that it wasn't the case.
He hasn't yet decided whether Andrew's older brother, who made his first court appearance Wednesday, wearing shackles and a Mickey Mouse T-shirt, should be tried as an adult.
His attorney said Wednesday that the boy is upset and remorseful - but is a child who does not understand the gravity of the charges he is facing.
He said: "I don't think trying him as an adult's going to do any good. He needs counseling."
