IS MISSING JACQUE SUE WALLER BURIED IN CEMENT?

INVESTIGATORS looking into the suspicious disappearance of Jacque Sue Waller suspect her remains may have been dumped at one of her estranged husband Clay's construction sites. And they believe the remains may have been buried in cement.
Jackson Police Chief James Humphrey's told the Southeast Missourian:"We've considered a lot of different possibilities, and that's just one of them. We don't have anything substantial to say for sure, but yeah, we've considered that."
Clay Waller is in custody at the Cape Girardeau County Jail on other matters. He is the cops' only person
of interest in mom of three Jacque Sue's  June 1 disappearance. Her estranged husband was the last person to see her hours before her disappearance. Her family believed Clay Waller murdered the pretty blonde mom. Her dad, Stan Rawson, a former cop said: "There's nothing that hasn't occurred to us. But I would think that would be a perfect way, don't you? I've had my thoughts about that from the first."
Cops added that a partly decomposed body was pulled from the Mississippi River on the weekend. They are going to check that up.

CLAY WALLER 'THREATENED TO KILL ME' PAL SAYS

KILLER?
VANISHED
MISSING mom of triplets Jacque Sue Waller's husband, Clay threatened to kill his former friend, cops say.
Gary Hill told cops the man described by them as 'a person of interest' in his wife's disappearance has been jailed and will face court on harassment charges later this month.
Probable-cause statements say Waller accepted a check for $55,000 from the Delta Cos. in April 2010 for work he never did -- money used to pay other expenses for his construction business.
Waller has denied any involvement in his wife's disappearance and no charges have been filed against him, although her family maintain he must have had something to do with it as we reported here.
Investigator's found the 39-year-old mother of young triplets' pickup truck abandoned about three miles from her estranged husband's home.
Her business cards were later found along a separate state highway about eight miles from where her car was recovered.
Clay Waller is said to have told investigators that his wife walked away from his home in Jackson, MO, on June 1 after the two quarreled following a divorce hearing that same day.
Waller's lawyer, Scott Reynolds accused police of arresting Waller so they could question him about Jacque Waller. Police, however, said they couldn't discuss the nature of the questioning.
He told the South East Missourian that his client would plead not guilty to the stealing and harassment charges.
Anyone with information on Jacque Sue Waller is urged to call the Jackson Police Department at 573-243-3151.

BLOOD FOUND IN JACQUE SUE WALLER DISAPPEARANCE

THE SHOCKING disappearance of Missouri mom Jacque Sue Waller has taken another sinister turn. Her dad Stan Rawson confirmed to the Southeast Missourian that blood has been found in the house where her estranged husband, Clay Waller, lived.
Rawson said: "I've seen it. But that's all I'm going to confirm. There's a ton of evidence. ... Just suffice to say
there is blood evidence. I saw the evidence bags." He wouldn't elaborate further because he said he did not want to do anything to jeopardize the investigation.
Jacque Sue Waller, 39, vanished June 1 under suspicious circumstances. She was last seen at her estranged husband's residence in Jackson, Missouri. Her SUV was later found abandoned with a flat tire but sources say that it was likely staged. Her estranged husband has been called a person of interest. Clay Waller's lawyer, Scott Reynolds, would not confirm or deny the existence of the blood.
He said:"If that's true, why are police still stating that Clay is not a suspect? If they have that evidence, it's amazing he's still not listed as a suspect. Police have also said that they have no evidence that a crime has been committed."
Cops remain tight-lipped on the disappearance and her friends and family hope that she is still alive.

JACQUE SUE WALLER HUBBY CLAIMS: 'I DIDN'T DO IT'

CLAY WALLER says he didn't do it. The Missouri man is being eyed in the mysterious disappearance of his estranged wife Jacque Sue Waller. Jacque Waller, 39, vanished June 1 and was last seen near her soon to be ex-husband's home. But Waller told a Missouri newspaper he had nothing to do with the disappearance and that cops are needlessly focusing on him. He also whines says that he's being harassed by locals too.
Clay Waller said: "It's crazy. I got a helicopter following me every day, police are following me. I'll tell you what is not happening is that the cops are not searching for my wife."

While he has not been charged, Waller is described as a person of interest by cops and Jacque's family have no doubt he is involved in the disappearance. Waller thinks Jacque--a mum of 5-year-old triplets-- was snatched off the highway on I-55. Cops don't believe she was abducted.
Waller added: "There is no evidence a crime has been committed. If they can prove the allegations, then prove it. What can I possibly say to change peoples' minds?"

HUSBAND MADE JACQUE SUE WALLER DISAPPEAR: FAMILY

MURDERED?
THE mother of triplets who has been missing for more than six weeks say she was a victim of domestic abuse and their daughter's estranged husband.
Jacque Sue Waller's family are in no doubt that her husband Clay - who was the last person to see her alive - is behind her mysterious disappearance.
On a the family's Find Jacque S Waller Facebook page her father Stan Rawson writes to him: "I just wanted to mention that you're not fooling anybody at all.
"I under the sheriff has a [sic] orange jumpsuit picked out for you, and a fine room at the Cross Bar Hotel…You will regret hurting my girl and the Tripps—I promise you you will!"
Clay Waller, who Jacque was in the process of divorcing at the time, has refused to comment on where the mother of his three boys might be, claiming he doesn't want to speak during the investigation.
But in an interview with police immediately following his wife's disappearance, he said the couple fought and she left his Cape Girardeau, MO, home.
Then he claims, he too left the home and returned around 6 p.m. to find her blue Honda Pilot gone.
It was later found abandoned with a flat tire on a nearby interstate.
Interest in the case picked up this week when personal business cards belonging to Jacque were found on a stretch of road just 10 miles from where her car was discovered.
Jackson police have labeled Clay Waller a person of interest, but not a suspect, in his wife's disappearance.
Jacque's mother Ruby, told GMA that she hasn't spoken to her former son-in-law in more than a month but did confront him on the night her daughter disappeared.
She said: "I asked him what he'd done to her and he said 'I didn't do anything.' I said: 'Yeah, you did and you know you did, because of all the threats you've been saying to her over the last year.'"
The couple's three children, 5-year-old triplets Maddox, Avery and Addison, are being cared for by Jacque's sister and her husband as the search for their mother continues. A court on Tuesday again denied any visitation rights for their father.
In the meantime The Rawsons and the rest of Jacque's friends and family have so far organized six searches and put up a $3,500 reward for information leading to her return.
They are also asking that any tips be phoned into a special line at 573-243-3151.
